Awakening Awareness: Taking Responsibility For Self--On The Mindfulness Tip

Welcome to episode 5 of Roll With Peace, In Mind. In this episode, I riff on Awakening Awareness: Taking Responsibility For Self--On The Mindfulness Tip, which helps you live more fully present in your Life as it can put you on The Mindfulness Track. It also helps you identify and zero in on the ways you can reduce your day to day stress levels, to let go of what no longer serves you and to gain control of as the Buddhists say, your "monkey mind."

In "The Talk" segment, I pose a question that has to do with these things:

1) happy

2) worried

3) afraid of ___

4) depressed

5) hopeful

6) frustrated

7) joyful

8) angry

9) preoccupied with…STUFF

10) optimistic

11) pessimistic

12) discontented

13) uneasy or 14) plain ol’ unhappy

in the second segment I take you through a brief sample of my StressBusters Guided Meditation (of which I am the creator and practitioner) to help you chill out and release some of the stress and anxiety you've been rollin' with. In this guided meditation you have an opportunity to meditate on Awakening Your Awareness.
